Assessing Non-Communicable Disease Burden and Implications for Health Care Systems Background: WHO recently years emphasis on health politics Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) that presents the world leading deaths. The literature reported that NCD are 1.5 times higher risk in Pow-middle income countries than higher -income countries. Public health in every country worked very hard in update protocol with the best evidence and to improve the politics about modifiable risk. The five leading non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, respiratory disorders, cancer, and mental health condition. The aim of this study is to assess the burden of non-communicable diseases and its implications for healthcare systems. Methods: The scoping review approach was adapted to provide a summary of the burden of non-communicable diseases (NCDs). A thorough search of literature was conducted to systematically identify and evaluate published studies. Documentary evidence was gathered by searching five databases, including Medline, Google Scholar, PubMed, Web of Science, and Scopus, for articles published between 2015 and 2023. In total, 20 articles met the established inclusion criteria. Results: Our focus were on five major NCD cardiovascular disease leading the major number of deaths about 17.9 million people every year, cancer disease had 9.3 million, chronic respiratory disease nearly 4.1 million and diabetes 2 million, approximately 970 million people live with a mental health disorder. Conclusion: Policymakers in every country need to recognized the challenge of managing non-communicable diseases that governments face in low- and middle-income countries and stressed cooperation between the public and private sectors. Even in attempting to increase access to care and to implement policies advocated by the WHO, far too many governments has experiencing difficulties relating to policy implementation, financing, and manpower shortage. The key determinants for the care of NCDs are geographic and financial access, health literacy, essential medicines, and skilled personnel. The use of mobile technology and information from screening programs can help enhance the delivery of care from a distance. It would take a multisectoral approach to ensure equity in accessing resources for NCD care. Abstract

Sergey Suchkov was born in the City of Astrakhan, Russia, in a family of dynasty medical doctors. In 1980, Suchkov graduated from Astrakhan State Medical University and was awarded with MD. Dur-ing the studentship Suchkov was extensively involved into research in the area of ocular immunology and won in 1980 the First Prize at the First International Contest among the Medical Students in Praque. Dr Suchkov has been collaborating with scientists from USA, Japan, Germany, Israel and other coun-tries to set up a new brand in the modern medicine, i.e., PPM. In 1991-1998, Dr Suchkov is a Co-Supervisor over the Russian-American Agreement on scientific and clinical collaboration in the field of ocular immunology between Russian Academy of Sciences and National Institutes of Health (NIH); in 2 1991-1995 – a member of The Reciprocal Exchange Fellowship Program between Russian Immunological Society and British Society for Immunology.

Having been at Coventry University since January 2015, I thoroughly enjoyed working within the School of Economics, Finance and Accounting (EFA). It has a relaxing atmosphere with great academic and non-academic staff. My main duties include undertaking teaching and course management, supporting the School’s activities in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in Finance. My other duties are to engage actively in applied research and income generation with a particular focus on the area of Finance, and to undertake dissertation and project supervision and other teaching and learning activities as required by the School. My principal areas of teaching responsibility are Behavioural Finance and Research Methods. Like most of the faculty here, I see my teaching and research work as closely interconnected. My teaching philosophy reflects my interest in student-centred, interactive environment that encourages learning by both students and teachers. I emphasise critical, innovative and dynamic thinking, in which students can think about the class as a community where they can express themselves freely and perform up to their potential. Recently I have been awarded "Fellow" status as a professional recognition from the Higher Education Academy.

I am interested in the fields of exchange rates, time series, forecasting and behavioural finance especially in the context of emerging and frontier markets. Empirical research on exchange rates and associated volatility in respect of emerging and frontier markets is almost non-existent. My research examining whether traditional univariate and multivariate time series models that are used widely and successfully in the literature in relation to advanced countries, can perform equally well in the cases of emerging and frontier countries.
